Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Outreach:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives.

Create engaging job descriptions and post them on various platforms.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
2. Screening & Interviewing:
-
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Participate in face-to-face or virtual interviews as required.
3. Coordination & Communication:

Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job specifications.

Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to gather feedback and improve recruitment processes.
4. Recruitment Process Management:

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.

Ensure timely processing of candidate documentation, background checks, and onboarding formalities.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate data, and recruitment metrics.
5. Employer Branding & Networking:

Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Attend job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives to attract talent.

Build relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional networks.
6. Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Suggest process improvements based on data insights and recruitment trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit effectively

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
-
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
