Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and databases.

  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

  • Maintain and update candidate and client records in the database.

  • Assist in creating job postings and recruitment campaigns.

  • Support senior recruiters with client communications and recruitment strategy.

  • Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth recruitment process.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.
