Job Description

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media) and offline methods (e.g., career fairs, referrals).
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate preferences.
Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Provide a positive candidate experience and represent the organization professionally at all times.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
