Role - HR RECRUITER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
● Publish the job requirements in job portals.
● Screening, Contacting candidates, Shortlisting and sharing the details with the clients.
● Schedule job interviews for shortlisted candidates and contact candidates as needed.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
● Bachelors or Masters in Human Resource Management.
● Proficient in MS Office/Google sheets.
● Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
● Strong ethics and reliability
Should be willing to work from office - Location - Peenya Industrial area.
Monday to Saturday - 9 am to 5:30 pm
Salary Range - 15 k to 18 k per month (subject to experience and previous take home) additionally will be eligible for performance based incentives.
Languages - English, Hindi, Kannada
Experience - 6 months to 1 year - as a core recruiter.
