Job Description
As an HR Executive / HR Intern, you will:
Call and follow up with candidates for interviews
Schedule interviews and update records
Assist with agent recruitment and onboarding
Maintain documents and daily reports
Supporting training and joining formalities
Helping with daily HR tasks and office coordination
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: MBA / MCA (Degree must be completed)
Freshers can apply
Good communication skills in both Tamil and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Willing to work full-time from the office
