Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and handle end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various job roles while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
• Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
• Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
• Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
• Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (IT, Non-IT, BPO, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS or Excel tracking).
- Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-up after joining.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Stay updated with market trends and recruitment best practices.
