Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions across multiple roles, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social media

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

Handle offer negotiation, offer release, and joining follow-ups

Maintain recruitment data and reports using Excel / ATS

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
