Job Description
Resource Allocation: Process development and implementation, Task order generation and processing. Helping in optimal utilization and allocation of manpower resources on projects.
Time Tracking Management- Time tracking, generating reports, tracking leaves, calculating paid time off, billable tasks, daily, weekly, and bi-weekly approvals. Keeping track of each billable and non-billable resources.
Project Engagement: Monthly weekly revenue reports, outstanding and milestones report submission to project leads & project documentation.
Best Practices Review: Adherence to best practice project management policy and standard operating procedure, ensuring compliance to an electronic repository of control documents and project templates.
Project Resource Allocation: Analysis of resource based on their allocation % in projects and provide overview to top management on Freepool, over utilized and underutilized resources.
