- Recruitment & Selection for all positions.
- Interfacing with the Supervisor in terms of job specification and job description.
- Handling Recruitments
- Search and selection of candidates through various sources like databank, headhunting, referrals or by online recruitment services.
- Interviewing candidates over the phone in order to determine the Job -FIT- in terms of job description and organizational culture.
- Coordinating with Supervisor to arrange for interviews. Preparing candidates to face the interviews.
- Involved in massive documentation for many start up companies, for the bulk agent hiring.
- Getting the feedback for the short listed candidates.
- Working on Domains like, IT, Insurance, Automobile, Manufacturing, Pharma, Banking and Financial sector, etc
- Responsible for individual targets
- Additional Responsibilities
- Managing email Ids / OUTLOOK, Job Sites / Job Portals.
