Job description
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum (1yrs-2yrs of Experience in volume hiring,NON-IT Recruitment,AR callers,medical billing positions)
Strong experience in sourcing through job portals (Naukri,Monster and other free websites)
Experience in client handling and compensation negotiation
Excellent communication skills
Experience working in BPO hiring /consultancy experience will be added advantage
Immediate joiners would be preferred
