Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations, assisting with various aspects of the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure smooth and efficient operations while learning about best practices in recruitment, employee management, and organisational support.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment by finding and hiring qualified applicants for job openings

2. Post job ads to attract potential candidates

3. Search for candidates through various sourcing methods

4. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

5. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

6. Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability

7. Select the most suitable candidate for the role

8. Make job offers and negotiate terms if needed

9. Maintain candidate databases for future reference

10. Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organisation

11. Provide administrative support for HR functions

12. Implement the Exit (F&F) policy to ensure proper offboarding processes
