Profile: HR Recruitment

Salary: Hike on current CTC + Incentives and other benefits

Qualification Required: Any Graduation / PG

Skills Required: Good Communication, the command in the English language, Convincing ability

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Sourcing candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Recruitment Portals, databases etc.

Screening the resumes of the candidates on the basis of the criteria for the position.

 Evaluating the candidate's profile, career aspirations and role fitment and counseling them on how the job offered suits best to their career.

  Supporting in all recruiting activities like walk-in interviews, mass e-mailing, job posting etc.

  Following up on the interview process status

Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process

  Completing timely reports on employment activity

 Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

 Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements

Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
