About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling daily recruitments, calling the candidates, and taking their first-round interviews
2. Working on updating and maintaining recruitment trackers daily
3. Working in coordination with the operations team leads to ensure meeting deadlines on various profiles
4. Working on helping the senior HR to understand grievances, employee satisfaction, and learning programs
