HR Reporting Services is part of the broader Employee Services team within Global Shared Services and Security. This role is responsible for execution and development of reports, dashboards, templates, descriptive analytics, and data visualizations which support and aid in decision making for HR and business leaders globally. The primary focus of this role is ServiceNow reports and dashboards. Additional reporting tools and systems will be used as necessary. The team that you would be joining is a small team of Workday and ServiceNow reporting analysts who are actively pursuing opportunities to leverage ServiceNow to provide meaningful and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include

Provide data and descriptive analytics to support workforce processes and initiatives based on relevant General Mills internal data and external data sources, with a primary focus on ServiceNow data.
Develop reporting that aligns with business objectives and provide actionable, relevant, and timely insights
Deliver dashboards/scorecards/infographics to the organization to reduces dependency on adhoc reporting, day to day reporting requests, non-value add reporting and to drive standard interpretation, output and use of workforce data
Incorporate data, measures and metrics from HR, Finance, and other functional partners to align workforce reporting where applicable.
Identify and implement industry trends and areas of opportunities to build efficiencies within the HR Function
Support HR Reporting Services governance processes and ensure data governance standards are followed
Design, develop, test, and deliver ServiceNow, Workday and other digital tools used to support workforce reporting
Independently resolves complex production issues and leads troubleshooting of end-to-end solutions that span multiple applications and systems.
Partner with HR/business to define implementation requirements for ServiceNow Reporting functionality as it relates to information delivery
Bring new thinking and innovation on projects and operations, promote use of measures, metrics and insight delivery on all process and technology initiatives
Develop a deep understand of organizational data l to ensure a basis for sound insights
Identify and leverage appropriate statistical analysis techniques required to deliver HR insights
Development of strong working relationships with HR specialists and analytics colleagues regionally and globally to build and enhance reporting functionality. Provide excellent service to HR and the rest of GMI

Specific Job Experience Or Skills Needed

Expert in MS Excel/– Advance complex formulas, Macros, Nested conditions, Data conversions, Calculations etc.
1+ year(s) experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow preferred. Performance Analytics experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience with Data visualization – Charts, provide meaning to data, provide insights (Some experience in Tableau preferred)

Preferred Requirements

ServiceNow Certifications
2+ Years ServiceNow Development
Solid background in statistical concepts and calculations
Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, and HTML/CSS
