Job Description
- We are looking for HR Research Associate
- Designation: HR Research Associate
- Open Positons: 3 nos.
- Job Location: Vidyavihar W, (Next to Rly. Station)
- Responsible for end to end recruitment Involving in the recruitment process through Job Portals, direct resume, referencing, social media and head hunting.
- Understanding of clients & their requirements.
- Execute a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates.
- Interaction with the relevant candidates, briefing them about the requirement.
- Coordinate with the Candidates for interview schedules.
- Follow up with the candidates on a daily basis to know the interview feedbacks.
- Fluency in English and Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of internet research
- Negotiating & convincing skills
- Proficient in use of social media networking will be preferred
