HR Scrum Master Job in Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited at Bangalore

To provide proficient HR project management support as per PM@Siemens methodology towards implementation of new HR tools & ERPs. Currently Siemens has undertaken a transformation journey to implement new age tools & technology across hire to retire processes. You should possess 2~4 years experience in ; 1. HR Project Transitions, HR IT tool implementations and providing HR project management support on small (simple, moderate and complex) projects 2. Exposure to end-to-end coordination and management of HR projects, change management, process management and stakeholder management 3. Accurate in project reporting, managing project timeline 4. You should have a good understanding of all the project management knowledge areas and should have demonstrated these in your previous projects 5. You should have the ability to deal and communicate effectively with complex organizational environments that may at times be ambivalent or political 6. Excellent team player; able to work with virtual and global cross functional organizations, but ability to work independently on their topic and be proactive Added advantage; 1. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project Application 2. Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
