Under broad direction, receives, evaluates, and resolves complex and difficult escalated issues in the Human Resources Service Center. Responsible for the day to day interpretation, application, and communication of business practices and processes across multiple Human Resources activities. Provides support for HR Business Partners and acts as the primary liaison between the HR Service Center and the HR Centers of Excellence (COE). Responsible for the maintenance of employee records and the accurate and timely completion of personnel actions in the HR Information System (HRIS). Serves as an escalation point for employee questions and HR policy interpretation. May instruct, mentor or monitor the work of the HR Service Center staff. Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a similar business field. Requires at least two years of experience that includes a combination of customer service and functional Human Resources experience.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of work experience that includes a combination of customer service and functional Human Resources experience
• Requires Bachelors degree preferably in HR
• Understanding of Employee lifecycle
• SAP-HR experience
• Strong system skills. Ability to work with multiple systems.
• Understanding of good quality customer service
• Willing to work on high volume repetitive tasks
• Display of critical thinking, analytic and technical skills required
• Proficiency managing and maintaining data from multiple systems according to company data standards and best practices required
