The Global Programs/processes Included Are
The TMD Operations Specialist will have responsibility for the operations that support the Global Talent and Leadership Development (GTLD) COE.
Talent Management, Organization Development, Assessments, etc.
Core responsibility will be to provide efficient and effective operational support to GTLD processes/programs while creating a high-quality customer experience for our employees. This position reports directly to the APAC Lead of GTLD Operations
A Day in the Life
The TMD Operations Specialist is part of Global Talent Management and Leadership Development Operations team and will –
Provides operations support for GTLD global programs/process, which may include:
Preparing metrics/data for core Talent Management processes Running and delivering information to key stakeholders (APAC TMD Team) Analyze the report and share insights with stakeholders and Talent Management Team Workday Case Support Reporting Partner with GTLD Global Process Owners and APAC TMD COE members to determine Performance and Career Development and Organisation talent Planning reporting needs Provide ongoing ServiceNow case management support for global processes/programs. Act as Talent SME for Operations on projects as needed.
Liaise with key stakeholders (GTLD Operations, APAC TMD COE, and AskHR) to enable the new HR operating model.
Must-Have: Minimum Requirements
Familiar with systems like Workday, Tableau, and Qualtrics

A Day in the Life
The TMD Operations Specialist is part of Global Talent Management and Leadership Development Operations team and will –
Provides operations support for GTLD global programs/process, which may include:
- Managing the intake process
- Initiating assessments
- Supporting VP onboarding and New Leader Assimilation (NLA)
- Managing the demand planning and nomination processes
- Creating, maintaining and running standardized reports
- Maintaining, validating, and testing GTLD processes and data
- Ensuring that all Workday materials and functionality training guides are up to date
- Provide process/system training to APAC AskHR and other operational teams
- Ensures efficiency of operations, technology and transaction processes.
- Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of Talent Management and Learning and Leadership Development programs.
- Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists.
Must-Have: Minimum Requirements
- University Degree
- Experience in analyzing Talent Management data like Org Talent Planning, Succession Planning
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated solid business judgment and ability to execute independently daily with a bias for action
- Previous experience working in and ability to navigate a complex global organization
- Comfort working with ambiguity and with a positive, problem-solving orientation
- Experience in process design and a process improvement skillset
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and synthesize complex information
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion, as well as maintenance of confidentiality.
