Job Responsibilities:
- End to End Recruitment which will includes
- Sourcing, Screening, Speaking to the screened candidates.
- Sourcing through various portals Naukri,Monster,Times ,Linkdin etc
- Scheduling interviews of the selected Candidates.
- Regular follow up with the candidates till they join.
- Maintaining daily tracker of the submission and Intreview schedules.
