*Job Title:* HR Telecaller
Job Overview:
An HR Telecaller is responsible for handling recruitment-related calls, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication between job applicants and the HR team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:* -
v Make outbound calls to potential candidates to explain job openings and assess their suitability.
v Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
v Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
v Answer queries from job applicants regarding available positions.
v Assist with recruitment drives by contacting shortlisted candidates.
v Follow up with candidates post-interview to update on their application status.
v Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
