Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR

• Duties and Responsibilities:
  
• Handling entire recruitment life cycle 
  
• Sourcing & screening the relevant profiles from Job Portals as per requirement
  

• Keep records of candidates interview & reporting them
  
• To co-ordinate with candidate for Interview scheduling Personnel, Telephonic, Post Scheduling Process & Follow up
  
• Schedule interviews with the designated panels, follow up for & share the feedback with the candidates
  
• Handling Interview Drive
  
• General Admin task
  
• Provide support to the HR team for employee engagement
