Talent Acquisition
Onboarding and Assimilation
Ensure the Personal File documentation of New joiner
Preparing the induction plan for all new hires
Ensure all onboarding process
Employee Engagement
Rewards and Recognition
Sales Certificate
Other Required engagement programs
HR MIS
Prepare all required MIS
Maintain and coordinate regarding policies
HR Operations
Prepare required communication
Preparing the organizational announcement
Drafting MOM
Drafting email and communication to be sent out from HR to all employees
REQUIREMENTSFirst practical experience advantageous
Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
Strong interpersonal and listening
Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills
Self-assured manner, also towards people in rather high positions
