We are looking for a passionate HR Trainee to support our HR department in managing daily operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start a career in human resources within a dynamic IT company.
Key Responsibilities:l Assist in recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
l Support on-boarding and orientation of new employees
l Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
l Help organize employee engagement events
l Provide administrative support to the HR team
l Assist with policy documentation and compliance tasks
Qualifications:
l Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
l Strong verbal and written communication skills
l Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR practices
l Eager to learn and grow in an HR role
