Managed end-to-end customer success operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support for US clients.  Served as the primary point of contact for international customers, maintaining strong relationships across diverse time zones and cultures.  Conducted regular review meetings, check-ins, and QBRs with abroad clients to understand goals, challenges, and performance metrics.  Resolved customer issues promptly by coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, and Technical Support.  Delivered product training, feature walkthroughs, and customized solutions based on the client’s business needs.  Documented customer feedback and provided actionable insights to improve product functionality and user experience.  Handled multiple international accounts independently, demonstrating strong communication, client management, and service delivery skills.
