Job Description
We seek a passionate and motivated HRBP Intern to join our HR team at Altimetrik’s Gurugram office. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate in Human Resources who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive environment.
Job Summary:
As an HRBP Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Business Partnering function across various HR processes. You will gain exposure to strategic and operational areas of HR, including employee lifecycle management, engagement programs, performance management support, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a smooth and positive experience.
· Assist in addressing employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and systems.
· Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives.
· Collaborate with HRBPs to collect and analyze data for dashboards and HR metrics.
· Support performance review coordination, feedback tracking, and HR documentation.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business-aligned HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in developing a career in HR, especially in HR Business Partnering.
Good understanding of basic HR processes and willingness to learn advanced concepts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
