Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing the HR Mandate in aligned with the Business Unit goals
- Handle all HR day to day operational activities
- Support retention plan for the business talent management development activities for sections of the BU or the BU as a whole
- Liaison with other human resources CoE teams to address BU specific needs
- Facilitate and Drive organizational initiatives program for sections of the BU or the BU as a whole Develop implement and own
- Employee Engagement programs
- Employee connect programs within the BU
- Work closely with Business to address all people related issues concerns expectations etc Grievance Management
- Maintain and prepare weekly monthly and quarterly reports with an eye for detail
- Need to be a change agent to influence and drive people oriented initiatives within the business
- Should be able to lead and drive key initiatives parameters for the entire BU centrally
