Key Performance Indicators Excellent communication (both written and verbal) Adequate knowledge in MS office tools exclusively Excel and PPT. Good interpersonal, employee relations skills and decision making. Ability to work under pressure and ability to deliver on time and as per specifications. HR process knowledge is must i.e. PMS, grievance redressal, analytical skill and project management skills
Required Candidate profile
Qualification &Experience
Critical:MBA/MSW HR
- Overall Yrs Experience:Minimum 3 years overall experience
- Relevant Yrs Experience:Minimum 2 years' experience in HR
- Experience in Healthcare domain is added advantage.
- Must have experience in BPO sector especially in recruitment/employee relation/generalist profile/post recruitment, etc.
Education
- UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
- PG : Post Graduation Not Required, Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization
- Doctorate : Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
