Essential Qualification
- Full time degree in Law from Government recognized Institute/ University. Must be an enrolled advocate.
Post Qualification Experience
- Candidate should have knowledge of Company Laws, Arbitration Matters, service matters, Contracts, Civil & Criminal law. Candidates should have exposure in Employee Disciplinary matters. Should have hand on experience in drafting of contracts, pleadings, contract Law, Draft of deeds, Licenses & Permissions, Agreements, Legal Document Preparation and also experience of appearing before Courts, tribunals, Arbitrators, etc for contesting/defending the cases.
Age Limit
- 37 years
- The upper age limit indicated is for Unreserved category candidates. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ Person with Disabilities (PWD) will be as per Government guidelines in this regard.
