Consultants (Part time) Jobs recruitment in HSCC (India) Ltd.

i. Architecture Sservices : Graduate in Architecture with experience in computerized planning and design of specialized large scale buildings and complexes including health care facilities. The candidate should be capable of independently evolving concepts, understanding and guide in detailed design development including site supervision and interaction with clients for business development. Candidates with post graduate qualifications in the relevant discipline will be given preference.

ii. Structural Design Engg. Graduate in Civil Engineering with experience in design of multi storied RCC buildings, retaining walls, machine foundations and water containing structures in organization handling large civil projects. Knowledge of IS Codes, structure software for space frames, columns, foundations, design, STAAD & AUTOCAD is a must. Exposure to other software (STRAP, SAP) is desirable. Adequate exposure in checking of drawing & detailing of RCC & Steel structures including interdisciplinary coordination preferred. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with CPWD, PSUs and other Government organizations.

iii. Project Management & Site Supervision: Graduate in Civil/Elect/Mech Engineering from a recognized University/Institute with rich experience in all aspects of project management including Multi Project co-ordination, publishing and finalizing pre qualification requirements as per Govt norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, project Management & site Supervision of large projects at various places in India and abroad. Candidates must be conversant with CPWD manuals, specifications etc, project planning & management, Billing, quality control, CVC guidelines. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with CPWD, PSUs and other Government organizations.

iv. Public Health /Public Services : Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute preferably with post graduate qualifications in Environmental Engineering having experience in planning, designing, preparation of BOQ and cost estimate for public health engineering works such as Water Supply, Sewerage & Drainage, Sanitary & internal /external plumbing services of multistoried building, Water/Waste water treatment plant, Fire Fighting, Waste Management etc for Hospitals, Institutional, Residential and other buildings.

v. MEP: Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with experience in overall direction, co-ordination, implementation, execution and completion of MEP work (HVAC, PHE, Electrical), preferably of hospitals, hotels etc. vi. PROCUREMENT: Graduate in Engineering from a recognized university with experience in handling procurement assignments i.e. bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, logistics support etc. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in handling procurement of medicines, medical equipments and other instruments related to hospitals and laboratories.

vii. Medical : MBBS/MD/MS who have recently retired, preferably as HOD from a Hospital/Medical College of repute and familiar with specifications and planning of medical equipments for hospitals and medical colleges to be empanelled as Consultants. viii. GMP/GLP: MBBS/PhD/Graduate in Engineering/Pharmacy with sound knowledge in setting up of laboratories/vaccine manufacturing units using GLP/GMP and other relevant practices/guidelines.

ix. IT: Graduate in Engineering/MCA with experience in computer networking, system integration, software development/implementation preferably in Hospital Information Management System, Hardware, Software, LAN etc. x. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT : MBA (HR) from a reputed recognized University/Institute. The candidate must have extensive experience of working in a reputed organization, preferably, CPSE with in depth knowledge of HR functions including Performance Management, Training & Development, OD, Career Planning, Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Evolution of Policies, Establishment matters, compliance of Labour/Social Securities Laws, with Govt/statutory bodies, Corporate Social Responsibility, general administration and liaison, Public Relations, vigilance matters etc. LLB degree is desirable.

xi. Liasion: Graduate with proven experience of liaising with various government authorities viz NDMC, DUAC, Fire authorities etc for clearances etc. He should be capable of developing and maintaining close liaison with various authorities and ensure that requisite clearances are received on time. All Degrees should be from University/Institute recognized by Board of Technical Education/AICTE/appropriate statutory authority.
