What we expect or how measure your quality ?

Understanding Basics of Web and Internet
Knowledge and Hands on experience on HTML and CSS
Understanding of modern web and mobile web design UI/UX needs
Open minded and Ability to get inspired by exploring creations in the web and standards or examples we show.
Good color sense and Design thinking
Ability to visualize a design before even started creating or copying from somewhere.
Usage and adapting to tools and standards
Be a Down-to-earth person

Technologies you should be aware of:

HTML5
CSS3
SASS
LESS CSS
Linux basics
npm, web pack and some basic cli commands used by designers around the world

Roles and Responsibilities:

Visualize a Design and create mock-ups while starting a design
Building basic blocks of a screen
Sync with PHP back-end developers
Design and develop HTML and CSS pages that are Responsive and modern
