We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Human Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and supporting onboarding processes. You will play a key role in building strong teams by identifying top talent aligned with our organizational goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.

Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data and recruitment status.

Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms when necessary.

Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking functions to enhance talent pipelines.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (1–5+ years) as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.

Knowledge of recruitment techniques, HR policies, and employment laws.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to assess candidate competencies and organizational fit.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, Zoho Recruit).

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience in recruiting field.

Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
