Job Description
Understand the business environment and the role of an HR function.
Work on projects related to various HR activities in the organization such as- Recruitment, Onboarding, Goal Setting, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Rewards, Employee Benefits etc
Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various HR activities.
Work with Business heads and Stakeholders and provide support in achieving business goals by leveraging human resources.
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department).
Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days).
Complete the tasks allocated in the training & brain-boosting sessions.
Taking care of onboarding, induction, attendance, and leaves, and exit formalities for employees.
Ensure employee documents are in place and handle background verification of all employees
Understanding of HR Policies and programs.
Able to explore and use various HR systems and tools.
Conduct Employee Engagement and Wellness activities.
Independently handle admin activities like maintenance of stock, housekeeping services and security guards, etc
Updating various weekly & monthly HR internal reports.
Vendor Negotiation & Management.
Assist with special projects and other duties, which will require some report writing
Available for a full time (in-office) internship
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required

- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Should be comfortable working independently, and in a team environment, as required.
- A high sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential; Must have the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple search requests based on resource needs
- Ability to complete work projects with speed and accuracy, often under pressure and/or short deadlines
- Nice to have technical skills; Experience with GSuite including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Slides., Sheets, Calendar, etc.
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently.
