Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
Handling Reimbursement management, and food management.
Being the SPOC of Kofluence and handling Vendor Management, Facility Management, Logistic Management, and Office Supply Management.
HR Operations, HR Coordinations.
Handling Event Management & Travel Desk.
Coordinating with the internal & external team members for smooth functioning of daily activities.
Required Skills:
6 months - 1-year experience in HR Admin-related experience.
Ability to multitask and coordinate.
Good organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Good communication skills with attention to detail.
