Responsibilities:

• Handle induction and on-boarding formalities of new joiners
• Maintain employee database and MIS reports accurately
• Take care of the entire gamut of HR activities.
• Handle employee grievances and engagement activities
• Handle complete payroll management and statutory
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports
• Implementation of training and development
• Assist the recruitment team in closing positions
• Conduct Performance Appraisals and Employee Surveys
• Handle employee separation/exit process
• And any other activities assigned as per the company's requirement.

Requirements

• Experience: Freshers to 1 Year
• Qualification: MBA(HR)
• Understanding of recruitment concepts and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office (mandatory)
• Outstanding interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Flexible to work beyond office hours to complete work
• Matured approach with the ability to work unsupervised Attention to detail.
