Job Role: Human Resource Executive
Documentation for Govt. Compliance, Statutory compliance, Legal/Labour compliance related to staffing and HR.
Must have experienced in managing and preparing for client audits.
Well versed with PF/ESI/LWF compliances
Well versed with Payroll, attendance/Leave management, Onboarding, Offboarding, File maintenance, HR Communications and other HR processes.
Must have Excellent knowledge of Excel
Must be able to produce review summaries and ensure the information is gathered correctly in a timely manner with a report accuracy of 99.9%..
Must have decent communication skills
Must be comfortable to work on variety of Software portals like GreytHR, PF, ESI and other employee related portals .
