Looking for Human Resource Executive
Job description-
Position - Executive - Human Resource/ HR Recruiter
Qualification - Master Degree or Diploma in Human Resource (preferred)/ Any other stream
No. of opening: 1
Experience - Fresher to 3+ years’ experience
Skills - End to End Recruitment Cycle, Company Induction and Orientation, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, Data Management, etc
Preferred Location: Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:-
· Manages the recruitment process using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
· Conducts the recruiting planning meetings when needed staff is identified.
· Review resumes for all candidates and interviews nonexempt and exempt, when assigned, candidates for employment.
· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
· Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
