Position: Human Resource
Executive
Reports To: Account Manager/Business Unit Head
Job Overview: HR Executive is a part of the core business team in TRUSTKLUB and helps the organization to grow through Client Service Delivery
Key Resultant Areas:
- Managing End to End Recruitment Cycle for Client Companies
- Planning Recruitment Strategy based on Job Description
- Sourcing Candidates through various source & Interview Coordination for all shortlisted candidates
- Successful On-Boarding
- Meet Defined Business Target through Client Service Delivery
- Maintain quality standards as benchmarked by the company
- Maintaining Recruitment MIS & Databases
Required Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, tele-calling & BPO industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good working knowledge in Ms Office
