Job Summary
Basic responsibilities of the HR department, handling areas such as personnel management, maintenance of HR records & Employee relation.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Source profile from job Portals and Social media
- Done Initial Screening through telephone.
- To check the suitability, fitment and quality of candidates.
- Coordination of interviews.
- Update Status to Selected candidates.
- Collected Documents from Selected candidates.
- Part of salary Discussion / negotiation/ Sharing Fitment.
- Processing Document for Offer Letter.
- Supervise team members and provide them with the training and direction they need to meet the company and personal expectations.
- Handle associate grievances, complaints and questions in a prompt manner. Involve human resources when necessary to handle sensitive situations and complaints.
- Handle daily expenses.
