Responsibilities:
- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
- Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks.
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates.
- Maintaining relationships with consultants to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Efficiently close Corporate and Club Level Hiring within defined TAT.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Other office administration work.
Requirements:
- Graduate candidates or Result awaited candidate can apply.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
