Job Overview:
The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing and executing various human resource functions within an organization, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department to ensure smooth and efficient operations and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective talent management and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions.

Schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and provide recommendations to the hiring team.

Onboard new employees by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and facilitating the induction process.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace issues.

Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues in accordance with company policies.

Foster positive employee relations and help create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

Ensure compliance with employee rights, benefits, and company policies.

Training and Development:

Assist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs to enhance employee skills.

Coordinate with external trainers or internal resources to facilitate training sessions.

Maintain records of training programs and track employee participation.

Support leadership in developing career development plans for employees.

Performance Management:

Assist in the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback and ensuring timely evaluations.

Support managers in setting performance goals for employees and conducting reviews.

Monitor employee performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Help implement recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain talent.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee attendance, overtime, and deductions.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits.

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.

Maintain employee records related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.

Compliance and Legal Documentation:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and employment standards.

Assist in preparing and filing HR-related documentation, including contracts, work permits, and compliance reports.

Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant.

Prepare HR reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends related to staffing, turnover, and employee satisfaction.

Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Assist in educating employees and managers about HR policies and ensure proper adherence to them.
