The primary purpose of the role is to:

Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs.
Thorough research and in depth understanding of clients profile, culture, market status.
Understand and analyze overall client's need and requirements(Job description, compensation, role expectations, role analysis) and providing the right solution by right fit.
Search, screen and engage with candidates through portals and other channels, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, social media, and professional networking.
Create and implement recruiting strategies
Create and post job advertisements
Assess applications and resumes
Screen & interview applicants before presenting to the clients.
Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and on boarding.
Managing the database and creating reports.
