2. Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networks also various Groups, free sites, communities, and also on a local database by applying appropriate search strings
3. Excel and system tagging the profiles.
4. Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates.
5. Following up with the candidates for an interview.
6. Coordinating for the various rounds of interviews.
7. Supporting onboarding formalities.
