Job Description
- Designation: Human Resource Executive
- Location: Gurgaon
- Working Days: 5 ( Mon – Fri)
- Maintaining and regularly updating the master database (personal file, personal database, etc.)
- Responsible for all joining formalities & induction.
- Documentation related to joining, Induction Formalities, preparing offer letters, and appointment letters, etc.
- Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have.
- Attendance Management and Monthly Salary Formulation for all the employees
- Adhering to Regulatory compliance and reporting.
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Enthusiasm to learn
- Excellent communication - oral and written.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
- Experience – 0 to 2 years
- Looking for immediate joiners
Interview Process :
- Preliminary & Technical Round ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interview with HR Head
