Job Description
Requirement:
We are looking out for a HR and Admin candidate with 5-10 years experience
Preferred qualification:
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using HR software and systems.
- Experience in Handling or assisting the Recruitment team
- Experience in managing office operations, maintaining records, and supporting staff and clients
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee databases and records.
- Processing payroll and benefits.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding.
- Responding to employee inquiries.
- Managing office supplies and facilities.
- Creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain a talent pool database for future staffing needs.

Conduct initial HR rounds and assist in shortlisting candidates.
2. Onboarding and Documentation:

Organize joining formalities, collect necessary documents, and create employee files.

Conduct orientation sessions and introduce new hires to company policies and departments.

Ensure timely completion of documentation and background verification.
3. Employee Records and HR Database Management:
-
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or Excel (attendance, leaves, personal details, etc.).

Track probation reviews, confirmation letters, and performance appraisals.
4. Payroll and Compliance Support:

Assist in preparing inputs for monthly payroll processing.

Handle attendance, leave records, and overtime calculation.

Coordinate with finance or payroll vendors.
-
Ensure timely compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
5. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:

Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.

Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, or salary slips.

Escalate unresolved grievances to senior HR personnel.
6. Policy Implementation & Administration:

Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and guidelines.

Monitor employee behavior, punctuality, and discipline.

Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
7. Exit Formalities:

Conduct exit interviews, manage full and final settlements, and recover company assets.

Process resignation letters, clearances, and issue experience/relieving letters.
