Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Human Resource Intern to assist with HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions and is ideal for candidates pursuing a career in human resources, talent management, or organizational development.

Role and Responsibilities:
Assist in hiring and managing interns.
Maintain intern records and handle onboarding process.
Support team coordination and communication.
Help in organizing meetings and performance tracking.
Work with management on HR-related tasks.

Required Skills & Competencies

A. Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.

  • Ability to compile reports and manage data effectively.

B. Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
