Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Intern Company Name: Redient Security (India) Location: Remote Duration: 2–6 Months (Flexible) Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Flexible Timings Stipend: Unpaid Company Redient Security is a growing IT consulting and services organization headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Recognized by MSME and Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Redient Security focuses on delivering reliable, people-centric technology solutions across India. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our People Operations team. This remote internship offers hands-on experience across the complete employee lifecycle—from talent sourcing and screening to onboarding and engagement. The role is ideal for candidates looking to build strong foundational HR skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities  Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri, and screening resumes.  Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and senior HR team members.  Communicate internship details, policies, and benefits during initial screenings.  Support onboarding activities, including drafting offer letters and maintaining employee/intern records.  Maintain candidate trackers and prepare reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.  Assist in organizing virtual team engagement activities and collecting employee feedback. Qualifications  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR Management, BBA, MBA, or a Compensation & Benefits  Unpaid internship (focus on learning and development).  Internship Completion Certificate upon successful tenure.  Letter of Recommendation.
