Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:

Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
-
Conduct initial HR interviews for interns or entry-level roles (if required).

Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses.
-
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation.
2. Onboarding & Induction:
-
Assist in preparing onboarding kits and welcome emails for new hires.

Help organize orientation sessions for new employees or interns.
-
Ensure proper collection and verification of new joiner documents.
-
Update employee records and assist in creating employee files.
3. Employee Engagement Activities:
-
Support planning and coordination of employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, team-building events, wellness initiatives, and festivals.

Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling results.
-
Contribute creative ideas for increasing employee morale and participation.
4. HR Operations & Documentation:
-
Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in spreadsheets and HRMS tools.

Help with the preparation of HR letters, ID cards, and certificates (offer letters, internship letters, etc.).

Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical HR files.
-
Ensure that employee data and documents are handled confidentially and in compliance with company policy.
5. Training & Development Assistance:

Coordinate training schedules and notify participants.

Record attendance, gather feedback, and assist with training documentation.

Maintain a log of internal and external training programs attended by staff.
6. HR Systems & Compliance Support:
-
Learn and use HR software/tools for attendance, payroll, and documentation.

Support adherence to HR policies and assist in audit or compliance-related tasks.

Assist in drafting or editing HR policies and communication materials.
