Job Overview:
An Human Resource Intern supports the Human Resources department in various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes and helps develop essential skills for a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Support in posting job openings on various platforms.
2. Employee Engagement & Onboarding:
- Help in conducting induction programs for new hires.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and engagement events.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
3. HR Operations & Documentation:
- Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and payroll support.
- Help in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate with employees for document collection and compliance.
4. Training & Development Support:
- Assist in scheduling training sessions and tracking attendance.
- Gather feedback from employees on training programs.
- Support in developing learning materials and presentations.
5. Other HR Tasks:
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and new policies.
- Assist in handling employee queries and grievances.
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives.
