● Source, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles while managing process from sourcing to
● Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates and cross-functional partners to create a best in
class hiring experience, from recruiting through onboarding
● Serve as a mentor and onboarding guide to new members of the recruiting organization including, but not
limited to, recruiters, recruiting coordinators and sourcers
● Applysound judgement, attempt to handle escalations independently but know when to escalate to leadership
● Proactively anticipate challenges and mitigate risk
● Provide weekly/monthlyreports
● Manage employee grievances at level 1 on issues related to role/policies/culture etc.
● Manage the exits of employees.
