Job Description
1. Assist in talent acquisition - recruitment and on boarding processes
2. Maintain employee files and records, gather and analyze data like hiring and exit
3. Provide support to employees (through calls/mails) in various HR related topics like HRIS, leave and attendance, ESIC, PF, Medical claims and resolve any issues that may arise
4. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
